Mobile IV runs on a simple four-step rhythm: book, dispatch, setup, infuse. Total onsite time is typically 45 to 60 minutes from provider arrival to exit.

Pick your IV from the 18-drip menu via our Jane platform, phone, or WhatsApp. Rapid-response booking for same-day urgency; scheduled booking locks a specific arrival window. A physician reviews and approves the order before dispatch.
2 · Dispatch from Surfside
A licensed provider departs from our Joint Commission-accredited clinic at 9445 Harding Ave with your prescribed drip, full IV kit, sterile supplies, and medication cooler. Dispatch time: 5 min to Bal Harbour, 15 min Miami Beach, 30 min Brickell, 60-75 min Palm Beach.
3 · Setup in 10 minutes
The provider arrives, reviews your consent and medical history, prepares the IV line (most patients placed first try), starts saline, then connects your drip. You sit on a couch, in bed, at a desk, or on a terrace. Vitals monitored throughout.
4 · Infusion + exit
Standard wellness drips run 20 to 45 minutes. NAD+ runs 2 to 4 hours (rapid infusion causes discomfort). Provider removes the line, applies a small dressing, packs up all disposables, and leaves. Physician follow-up by phone or WhatsApp for 24 hours post-visit.
